[Short Span ADSS Aluminium Support]
The clamp is designed for max 200 Mtr (600
ft) span length. The Support Clamp is provided with a suitable
pole - banding feature to attach the clamp with the pole.
This gives the customer the option of using either M16 pole
bolts or stainless steel banding strap interlocking hinge
porvided for easy access for pulling - in rope and ADSS optionally,
the clamps can be supplied in anodized condition for excellent
corrosion resistance if requested.

Stainless steel captive bolt assembly is used to lock the
top keeper. The bolt is orqued tightened through a tapped
hole and remain captive. A retaining nut may be used in
addition to hex nut to hold the bolt captive in case customer
wants a drilled hole in place of tapped hole.
As explained limitation of line angle, span lengths must be
kept in mind while choosing this clamp. In case of higher
vartical load (Resulting from longer span, adss with higher
o.d. and weight, higher initial tension or ice/wind loading
factor) or where adss is to be installed in close proximity
to high voltage rated lines necessitating the use of the anti
tracking adss cables. Kindly contact our engineering department
for suitably engineered suspension slamps with helical rods.
